Due to recent and unforeseen changes in our sons’ care needs we can no longer offer the quality of service that we dedicated ourselves to providing when we first launched the business;
our motto always, was to be ‘On Call When You Needed Help the Most’
but due to personal reasons we can no longer guarantee this.
It’s been a very tough decision to make but sadly we regret that

We sincerely wish to thank all those who chose to use The Media Doctor in their plight for help; as a small family run business we consider that we didn’t just find many new customers but made a few new friends along the way, making our decision to cease trading ever more difficult. June and I both truly apologise to everyone for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope that those who do consider us as friends can forgive us for placing our family needs over that of the business; if you do ever find yourselves in need of help again please do consider making us your first port of call, we may be able to assist on a personal basis but we can’t promise to get to you when you need us the most.
